Non-Geographic Submissions

Download NRUF Form 502 to report NON-GEOGRAPHIC data in EXCEL format. The form is not interactive, and must be filled in as you would any EXCEL-based form. Be sure to save a copy for your records.

Note: If you use Explorer Version 5.X in order to download the excel file, you must place your cursor over the link, right click, then select "Save target as". Explorer will then download the form into the file directory you specify.

• For assistance in completing and submitting Form 502, download and review the Form 502 Job Aid for Reporting Non-Geographic (pdf) utilization and forecast data (500 and 900 reporting) before completing and submitting Form 502.
• Prior to submitting an NRUF, service providers may wish to review a list of common Form 502 filing errors and fixes.

Submitting the completed forms:

• E-mail the completed form (as an attachment) to nruf500900@Neustar.com.
